The Smoke Machine for Photography comes with 6x 12ml bottles of fog fluid, made from Propylene glycol and Vegetable Glycerine.  Simply add the fluid into the 12ml oil tank on the smoke machine, wait a few minutes for the fluid to get up to the correct temperature for it to vapourise, and you are ready to go.
