Standard delivery by Australia post. Delivery takes 5-7 business day.; or

International standard delivery. Due to covid-19, all shipment schedule been affected globally, the delievery takes mminimum 21 business days and can be more then that, accurate period depends on courier schedule which is not responsible by Mick's Gripping P/L.

Refund acceptable only when product is borken not causing by customer or the product is the wrong sieze. The services on our website is non-refundable.

Returns can be made in person at MG shop or via mail. User request to inform Mick' Gripping P/L in advance and pack your package properly to make sure no further damage to the product. User takes charge the necessary postage and provide MG the post tracking number.
